Cheers Goblins & Ghouls!
It’s that special time of year. The leaves are changing colors, there’s a chill in the air, and pumpkin spice is in everything, including one of our hauntingly delicious Halloween cocktails.
These three drinks are inspired by our love of all things strange and saucy. We’ve said adieu to the witch’s brew in favor of these spine-tingling specialty mixes.
The Great Pumpkin
You know we had to go there. Pumpkin spice and everything nice actually tastes a little bit bad to the bone with our spin on this classic cocktail. It’s full of all the good things you love about our Wisconsin Draper with some extra autumn oomph.
We’ve got your favorite gourd paired with citrus and cherries, along with some biting bitters, topped off with orange bitter sugar.
The Great Pumpkin // Apple Spiced Tea Spritz
+ Cup filled with with iced (we used ice made of green tea for more fun)
+ 1 ounce of your favorite libation that has been brewing in our Snow Days (we used vodka)
+ 1/2 cup of green tea (we used a green tea and jasmine tea)
+ 1/3 cup of sparkling water (apple cinnamon sparkling water)
+ 1/4 cup of fall flavored kombucha
Get Your Cauldron Ready for…
Have you heard about the ghost of Moaning Mary? It’s kind of a sad story, but the drink is sure to bring nothing but smiles. Cast aside another handful of mini chocolate bars for a blend of cacao nibs, vanilla-bean infused sugar, espresso beans, and mint.
Witches Brew // Mint Mocha Matcha
+ 1 cup of brewed matcha tea
+ 1/2 cup milk of choice
+ 1.5 ounces of water or liquor brewed in the Mary's Mint Mocha (brewed like a tea and chilled to make into a mint, mocha simple syrup)
Are we spoiling you? Good, you deserve it.
